For many of our clients, errors when manually re-entering orders and processing profiles were a common problem. In addition, checking surcharges for colors and lengths took a lot of time during the invoicing process. To address these issues, Nubix developed a custom digital solution focused on efficient ordering and invoicing.

OUR SOLUTION

By making smart use of the In2CRM package and the app developed by Nubix, the entire process—from initial customer contact to invoicing—has been made completely paperless. Previously simple tasks, such as manually re-entering orders, are now redundant, reducing the likelihood of errors. This optimization has allowed many administrative staff to advance into roles focused on oversight. With employees now able to rely on an automated system to handle their administrative tasks, they can concentrate on improving quality and adding value to the associated processes. In this way, Nubix helps elevate Techno Trend as a whole.

THE RESULT

One of these developments is a system that allows the management of technicians to be handled directly from In2CRM. Additionally, processes such as preparing a sales invoice related to a customer order have been automated.

When digitalizing these processes, all customer agreements are taken into account, as no client is the same. For example, per customer, specific hourly rates, travel costs, or item prices can be set. A technician’s rate is automatically adjusted based on the time the work is performed, whether during the weekend or at night.

A connection has been made with the accounting package Exact, allowing sent invoices to be synchronized with Exact at the push of a button. Managing payment terms and conditions is also done in In2CRM (with a connection from Exact). With this advanced solution for efficient orders and invoicing, Nubix has helped streamline operational processes, minimize errors, and increase overall productivity. This project illustrates our commitment to improving business processes through smart digital solutions and highlights the benefits of automation in modern business operations.

Because we communicated regularly and were always available, we were able to respond quickly whenever a scope change occurred. In our view, the collaboration in this case is the key to success, and we are very pleased with it.
